Shopping small and locally is really important to us. We love to support businesses in the Swansea area in particular so we thought we would share our Christmas gift guide with you. With Small Business Saturday coming up now is a really good time to show a little bit of small business love. Some of our favourites for a little bit of small business Christmas shopping are
Love and Lovelier
Quil makes stunningly sentimental ceramic pieces from her base in our lush Welsh Valleys. Her signature style of delicate vintage lettering and vibrant pressed patterns makes each piece both unique and oh so Love and Lovelier. Her festive offerings have decorated our own trees with joy.
Crock a Shwt
Angharad at Crock a Shwt is a maximalist ceramicist hailing from Bridgend. Her distinctive carved patternwork is perfectly offset by her jazzy colour palettes. Her inspirations are wide-spanning, from the Hiraeth of our own culture in the form of lovespoons, to the Howdy of the Wild West, stopping on the way to smell the flowers and florals of her other stunning collections.
One Little Hut
Emily at One Little Hut is a certified Metalsmithing Wizard, crafting stunningly sentimental pieces from her ‘little hut’ in her home of our very own Mumbles. Emily’s work is themed around the coastal landscape around her, producing incredibly detailed tiny pieces of theseascape in silver and gold. Emily also creates bespoke pieces from recycled jewellery and beautifully set stones.
Gower Lavender
In need of some relaxation? We’ve got you covered. Gower Lavender are lavender farmers from our renowned Gower. Their speciality of lavender-infused products to soothe and assuage stresses are made from their own harvest, so everything is grown, crafted, and packaged from just a wintry wander away.
