Refund and Returns Policy

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched please give us a call on 07791583840 as soon as possible. Once an order has been despatched to you it cannot be cancelled and our returns policy will need to be followed.

If you have changed your mind

We have a 14 day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item in which to request a refund. Please contact customerservice@littlebitdifferent.co.uk to request returns instructions.
Postage costs to return the items to us will be your responsibility.
When your return has been received we will notifiy you of receipt via email and will process a refund with 2 working days.
If your wish to order a replacement item please do so on our website once you have requested your refund.
All returns must be in their original packaging and undamaged.

Damaged or faulty products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us within 14 by emailing customerservice@littlebitdifferent.co.uk with your order number and a photograph or the damage or details or the fault. We will always endeavour to provide a replacement but if this is not possible or you would prefer a refund we will issue one including postage fees.
We are unable to issue a refund until the item has been returned.
Once received we will confirm receipt via email and issue a replacement or refund within 2 working days.

Incorrect order

If you receive an incorrect order please email customerservice@littlebitdifferent.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions and non-refundable items

All personalised items including all white label/bespoke orders will only be refunded if they are found to be faulty.
